These terms govern your use of Creast. By using Creast, you agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with applicable law.

1. The service

Creast is a local visual creative workspace for organizing references and assets and building AI-assisted creative workflows. Features may change as the product develops.

2. User responsibilities

You are responsible for your device, accounts, credentials, workspace content, and how you use Creast. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for content that you access, save, process, or share.

3. Third-party services

Creast can connect to third-party services that you choose to configure. Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and fees. You are responsible for reviewing them before connecting an account or sending content.

4. Pinterest

Pinterest is an independent third-party platform. Creast is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest. Your use of Pinterest through Creast remains subject to Pinterest’s applicable terms and policies.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Creast to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, bypass access controls, distribute malicious software, interfere with services, or obtain data without authorization.

6. Intellectual property

Creast and its original software, site design, and branding remain the property of their respective owner. You retain the rights you already hold in your own content. Third-party content remains subject to the rights and terms of its owner or provider.

7. Availability and changes

Creast is provided on an evolving basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability, and integrations may be affected by third-party platform changes.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Creast is provided “as is” without warranties not expressly stated here. Creast’s operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these terms as Creast changes. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
